This position will be in charge of managing selected agency-client accounts. The Account Coordinator will also provide support and coordination to AE’s for additional client accounts. This includes maintaining a high level of awareness and organization with client activities, detail-oriented management and professional communication with key client contacts, as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Understand our clients’ business strategy, differentiation and position
- Assist with both primary and secondary research, including but not limited to: industry and competitive insights, survey development and implementation, reporting
- Preparation of meeting materials, communications and presentations
- Work on weekly/monthly reports for clients to present findings and strategy based on success of current campaigns
- Develop content for new business proposals
- Assist with media coordination (work with AE)
- Bid/quote coordination with vendors
- Manage client budgets
- Generate and edit content for clients

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising/Marketing or relevant field
- 2+ years of experience working at a creative, advertising, consulting and/or marketing agency strongly preferred
- Experience organizing time-sensitive events
- General awareness or exposure to branding/marketing/advertising
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft business applications and Adobe InDesign
