With an MBA from West Virginia University and a drive to elevate brands, she joined BlaineTurner Advertising early in her career—and never looked back. Today, she leads the agency as President & CEO, steering both clients and her team toward measurable results and meaningful impact.
Sarah’s leadership style is rooted in collaboration and continuous learning. She plays an active role in campaign development, bringing particular strength in digital strategy—from performance marketing to content planning and analytics. Her hands-on approach to brand building, paired with a deep understanding of evolving media, helps clients break through in a crowded landscape. Whether she’s in a pitch meeting or mentoring the next generation of marketers, Sarah works to ensure every project reflects the values that set BTA apart: integrity, innovation, and a genuine commitment to doing what’s right.
An honoree of the West Virginia Executive Young Guns Class of 2026, Sarah continues to lead by example—balancing business growth with community impact.
