Stephen oversees daily operations, client services, financial strategy, and long-range planning. He’s known for bringing clarity to complex challenges and finding efficiencies without sacrificing creativity. Whether he’s analyzing performance data, optimizing workflows, or negotiating vendor partnerships, Stephen keeps one eye on the details and the other on the horizon—ensuring the agency continues to scale with intention.

When he’s not deep in a spreadsheet, Stephen can often be found on the golf course—working on his short game and enjoying some friendly competition.
