Building the Future of Marketing: Celebrating National Intern Day

On this National Intern Day, we are delighted to highlight the many meaningful contributions of our most recent interns, Madeline Perry and Grace Willets.

The BTA internship program seeks to allow emerging professionals to experience agency life, from working on client accounts to developing campaign assets, conducting research and identifying marketing trends.

Madeline Perry

Madeline, Marketing and Data Analytics Intern, supports BTA's analytics and reporting efforts by analyzing campaign performance, tracking key metrics such as ROI and KPIs, and creating reports that inform strategic decision-making. Her work helps connect data with business goals and provides insights that benefit both our team and our clients.

In addition to her analytics work, Madeline leads monthly presentations on AI and marketing trends, helping our team stay informed about emerging technologies, industry developments, and new opportunities. Her curiosity, thoughtful insights, and commitment to continuous learning have made her a valuable contributor to our agency.

“Madeline's curiosity is contagious. She has a genuine passion for AI and emerging digital trends, and she's consistently helped our team discover new ways to work smarter and uncover meaningful insights for our clients. She's hardworking, thoughtful, and always willing to dive into a challenge. Watching her grow has been a joy, and we're incredibly thankful she's part of the BTA team.”  – Sarah Rogers, President & CEO

Madeline continues to be a valued member of the BlaineTurner team while she pursues her undergraduate degree at West Virginia University.

Grace Willets

During her time as our Media and Client Services Intern, Grace conducted client and industry research to support competitive positioning and brand strategy. She developed digital content, assisted with campaign planning and execution across digital platforms, and collaborated with internal team members on client deliverables. Grace quickly mastered a wide range of responsibilities, from content creation and research to project coordination and client support.

Grace developed several blogs for the BlaineTurner website, including one highlighting the creation of meaningful events and brand moments. She also reviewed Medicaid community resource guides, drafted content for nonprofit organizations that address the root causes of poverty and provide access to economic independence, and identified new opportunities to strengthen overall brand messaging.

“From the moment Grace joined our team, she demonstrated a strong ability to learn quickly, think critically, and produce quality work with minimal guidance. Her positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to share thoughtful ideas made her a valued member of our team. We’re grateful for her contributions and certainly hope our paths cross again!" – Syd Webb, Content Strategy and Research Sr. Director

After completing her internship at BTA in May 2026, Grace went on to a Brand Marketing Internship with SHRM. After completing her internship with SHRM, she will return to West Virginia University to complete her undergraduate degree.

From all of us at BlaineTurner Advertising: Thank you, Madeline and Grace. Your contributions have made a long-lasting impression on our team, and we’re excited to see how this experience supports your future endeavors!
