Good People. Great Work. Lots of Gratitude.

At BTA, we have a lot to be thankful for, and that gratitude starts with our people. We’re fortunate to work alongside some of the best and brightest, and while our team may be small, the talent, creativity, and curiosity each person brings make a big difference.

In the spirit of Thanksgiving, we’re taking a moment to recognize the colleagues who make our workdays better and our team stronger. Here's what we're grateful for!

Stephen’s Sentiments on Galen:

One of the many things I appreciate most about Galen is not just his creative talent, but also his reliability and ability to take on any project or task. I don’t think I’ve ever seen anything that fazes him, and I’m always impressed by the amount of incredible work that has come out of his office over the years. For someone as “seasoned” as Galen, his genuine interest in embracing new technologies and evolving with an ever-changing industry is remarkable!

Beyond his talent, he has a way of keeping everyone grounded and brings a steady presence to the team. While there’s plenty we can learn from his insight and experience, I’ve yet to figure out how taking out the trash became a competitive sport between the two of us. Kidding aside, I’m grateful for everything he brings to the agency and our team, and even more grateful to call him a friend.

Galen’s Sentiments on Courtney:

Limiting my gratitude for all that Courtney does to support each of us at BTA to a sentence or two is quite a challenge. I rely on her heavily to help with projects for every client across multiple agency disciplines. If the task calls for creative writing, project management, design and development or collaboration to gain insight and critique on a design I am wrestling with, Courtney approaches each with thoughtfulness and the skill of a reliable team member. Her ability to try, learn and then excel in new technologies and applications always astonishes me. I've said it more than one hundred times before: "We'd be lost without Courtney on the BTA Team!"

Courtney’s Sentiments on Syd:

Syd has been someone I’ve looked up to since the day I met her, and while she is incredible at what she does, what I admire most is her willingness to share her knowledge, help others grow, and always approach things with an open mind. She is a wonderful role model, and I know I can speak for the entire BTA team when I say how grateful we are for everything she brings to the agency. Beyond work, I can always count on her for travel and movie recommendations, life advice, or anything in between. Her friendship, positivity, and expertise are truly a gift!

Syd’s Sentiments on Taylor:

I really value Taylor’s positive attitude and how quickly she's become such an integral part of our team. She also keeps us all up to date on the latest trends. I mean, I wouldn’t even know what a Labubu was without her! Beyond that, her work on Project Empower has been nothing short of incredible. She has a deep understanding of the audience, and it shows in the social content she creates. Thanks, Taylor! We all appreciate your hard work and dedication.

Taylor's Sentiments on Sarah:

I am incredibly grateful that Sarah welcomed me to the BTA team, and it's been a pleasure to learn from her as a mentor and role model. Sarah’s dedication, leadership, and compassion for others are shown through everything she does. I admire her sense of confidence when she walks into a room and her ability to make a positive impact on everyone she meets. Working with Sarah has taught me so much about being part of an agency, but most importantly, about being part of a team.

From sharing a love for the color pink and reality T.V. to discussing our favorite travel experiences and laughing together during meetings, Sarah makes working at BTA fun and engaging. Thank you, Sarah, for all that you do!

Sarah’s Sentiments on Becky:

Becky is BTA’s biggest cheerleader! She spearheads all things culture and makes sure we’re always drinking the teal Kool-Aid. Her thoughtfulness and creativity inspire us to consistently think outside the box, push boundaries, and find new ways to deliver impactful results for our clients, all while bringing plenty of smiles along the way.

Outside of BTA, Becky is Super Mom! If you’ve ever seen her kids’ Halloween costumes, you know exactly what I mean. She has the biggest heart and a special way of turning everyday moments into something memorable. You’re the best, Beck!

Becky’s Sentiments on Mike:

“Well, bless his heart”… I don’t think Mike realizes how AWESOME he is! And I don’t speak “code,” but I’m certain that he’s a genius when it comes to website management and success for our clients. It’s clear he has a passion for what he does because of his eagerness to problem-solve and embrace any challenge in order to deliver results.

I’ve known and worked with Mike for about 15 years. He’s down-to-earth, loyal and entertaining. His sarcastic, dry humor always cracks me up and helps ease the agency atmosphere during stressful times. It’s “my pleasure” ($20 nuggies reference) to have Mike as a co-worker, and I’m so grateful to call him a friend.

Mike’s Sentiments on Stephen:

I've known Stephen long before he became Vice President of BTA, and one thing that has never changed is that he is one of the nicest and most down-to-earth people I have ever met. He's always willing to jump in and help whenever someone needs it, and no matter how stressful or chaotic a situation gets, he stays calm, positive, and approachable. I've always appreciated that about him, and it makes even the most challenging days a little easier. He’s the yin to my yang, bringing a sense of calm and balance to my sometimes chaotic energy.

So many great humans and so much to be thankful for! Maya Angelou once said, “...people will never forget how you made them feel.” I can say with confidence that this group makes me feel inspired, supported, and proud of the work we do together. And at the end of the day, that's what matters most: working with good people, doing good work, and knowing we're making a difference.
