Sarah Rogers Named a 2026 West Virginia Executive Young Gun

BlaineTurner Advertising (BTA) proudly announces that Sarah Rogers, President and CEO, has been named a 2026 West Virginia Executive Young Gun.

Rogers is being inducted into the West Virginia Executive magazine’s honors program for the class of 2026 for her unwavering leadership, professional impact, and contributions to her community. As the owner of BTA—a full-service marketing agency located in Morgantown—Sarah is a leader who is making a difference in the industries her agency serves and her local community.

With more than 200 nominees each year, Rogers has been recognized as someone who is shaping the future of the Mountain State. She has been deeply involved in her community over the years through her philanthropic work in Monongalia and Preston counties, where she volunteers at winter coat drives and programs aimed at empowering women. Rogers also provides her time to the WVU John Chambers College of Business and Economics Sales Advisory Council. Through this endeavor, she offers valuable internship opportunities and shadowing experiences to students preparing for their careers.

Rogers’ professional journey began at WVU and continues today at BTA. In 2023, Sarah became the owner, President, and CEO. Her visionary leadership has earned her recognition as a Generation Next: 40 Under 40 in 2025 by The State Journal, honoring young professionals who drive innovation and excellence across West Virginia.

Sydney Webb, Content Strategy & Research Director at BTA, shared her excitement and reasons for nomination.

“Sarah’s leadership is rooted in her genuine commitment to people—our clients, our team, and our community. She approaches every challenge with curiosity and a drive to find innovative solutions. Her recognition as a Young Gun is a reflection of her impact not only in business, but in the lives of those around her,” stated Webb.

Sarah embodies what it means to be a true West Virginian, giving back to the state that raised her. Her determination to serve her organization and community is exemplary, showcasing what it takes to be a successful professional in West Virginia. We are proud to celebrate this well-deserved recognition and look forward to seeing what the future holds for Sarah and her impact here at BTA!
