In recognition of the $15,000 donation to United Hospital Foundation (UHF), BTA is the platinum sponsor of the Foundation’s Pro-Am Golf Tournament to support the planned Children’s and Women’s Center on United Hospital Center’s (UHC) campus.
The Pro-Am will be held on Monday, Sept. 23, at Pete Dye Golf Club in Bridgeport.
“We have a 30-year partnership with United Hospital Center,” said Ginna Royce, CEO of BTA. “We have always supported UHC’s dedication to population health and we are especially proud to help establish a dedicated center for OB/Gyn and pediatric health for the area.”
The Center will serve populations in approximately ten counties surrounding UHC.
“We are honored to accept BTA’s generous donation as we raise funds for the hospital’s new Children’s and Women’s Center,” said Matt Chisler, UHC Public Relations Director. “We appreciate everything the agency does to support current and future projects here at UHC.”
John Fernandez, UHC Vice President of Operations, and Scott Griffiths, manager of the UHC gift shop, are co-chairing the tournament.
