  • Senior Designer 
    Description

    SUMMARY OF POSITION

    The Senior Designer position requires an understanding and mastery of both print and web / digital skills. The day-to-day job entails producing print and online materials for a variety of clients in healthcare, manufacturing, collegiate sports, tourism, and legal services. This is a full-time, salaried position with healthcare and 401K benefits, as well as profit sharing.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Design projects for a variety of offset printed materials, outdoor, newspaper, publication and electronic advertising, newsletters, sales sheets, trade ads and trade show collateral items, etc.; a background in communicating and managing the design, pre-press and production process is a must.
    • Design online/web graphics, content for social media campaigns, assets for a variety of current web sites, as well as work with the creative media team to design new Websites and supporting components.
    • Manage outside creative vendors when the workload requires.
    • Experience in concepting/brainstorming; big ideas.
    Requirements

    REQUIRED SKILL SETS

    • A self-starter with excellent project management skills. Must have the ability to multi-task and prioritize without missing deadlines or sacrificing attention to detail, while staying within approved budgets.
    • High level of organization.

    EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

    • Graduate with a degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Advertising/Marketing or equivalent
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an advertising / marketing organization
    • Solid understanding of the logistics involved in producing print collateral, including file output and delivery as well as print production techniques
    • Advanced knowledge of Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Edge)
    • Website design experience

  • Account Coordinator 
    Description

    This position will be in charge of managing selected agency-client accounts. The Account Coordinator will also provide support and coordination to AE’s for additional client accounts. This includes maintaining a high level of awareness and organization with client activities, detail-oriented management and professional communication with key client contacts, as needed. 

    Responsibilities: 

    • Understand our clients’ business strategy, differentiation and position
    • Assist with both primary and secondary research, including but not limited to: industry and competitive insights, survey development and implementation, reporting
    • Preparation of meeting materials, communications and presentations
    • Work on weekly/monthly reports for clients to present findings and strategy based on success of current campaigns 
    • Develop content for new business proposals 
    • Assist with media coordination (work with AE)
    • Bid/quote coordination with vendors
    • Manage client budgets 
    • Generate and edit content for clients 
    Requirements

    • General awareness or exposure to branding/marketing/advertising 
    • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft business applications and Adobe InDesign

  • Web Developer 
    Description

    The Web Developer position requires an understanding and mastery of Web skills. The day-to-day job entails developing web-based materials for a variety of clients in health care, heavy industry, manufacturing, collegiate sports, tourism, and legal.

    Requirements
    • 2+ years minimum experience with web design and development
    • Bachelor’s Degree/ Associate’s Degree in Graphic Arts/Design or related field
    • High proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign a plus
    • WordPress development experience a must, including implementing ACF fields into custom layout builder interfaces for admin panels 
    • JSON, jQuery and JavaScript a must
    • Database integration and development skills using a variety of protocols to create custom web apps
    • Ionic Framework or equivalent for custom iOS and Android app development
    • Full knowledge of CSS and the best practices for creating responsive emails 
    • Experience with User Interface design for web applications
    • Working knowledge of cross platform web development, support and testing for QA using Browser Stack or equivalent
    • Knowledge of usability and accessibility standards, information architecture best practices, and site optimization techniques
    • A strong work ethic and the ability to take ownership of your projects and meet deadlines, commitment to detail
    • Must be well organized, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
    • Ability to accept and respond to feedback
    • Fast learner and willing to expand skillset
    • Must be comfortable working in the Mac and PC environments

    Bonus skills and experience include:
