FCX was adept at exceeding specifications for their clients, however, there was a lack of branding that used this unique positioning to set the company apart from the competition. The primary challenges they faced were:

- Generating quality leads
- Converting leads and increasing sales
Our team produced a solution which involved developing a “Brand Promise” to establish FCX’s dedication to quality, customer satisfaction, and innovation. A tag line was added to their existing logo to reinforce FCX’s position as a strategic parent and to openly demonstrate the organization’s business ethics.
Their website also received a complete redesign, honoring the branding and superlatives, which set FCX apart from the competition. A blog answering technical questions related to the industry was included as part of a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategy. Also, the site houses seven online videos, showcasing additional client problems and FCX solutions.
The Corporate Brochure won both a Silver Davey Award and a Silver Communicator Award of Distinction in the print category.
In twelve months, the newly-designed Web site traffic increased by 94%, while unique visitors increased by 107%. The contact form pageviews nearly tripled.
